Generally ,leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. From my point of view, in terms of improving students' leadership skills are needed at TATiUC because it is important in student environment especially for student went to working environment such as industrial training is very difficult to be the best of leadership besides to get the skill in effective of leadership.
The most important thing need to become a leader in terms of improving students' leadership skills is Proactive. Being proactive means thinking and acting ahead. Basically, It's a great method for avoiding more work down the road but also can be extremely important for leadership skills.
Therefore another skill of improving students' leadership is teamwork. generally teamwork are relate to how good you as a leader. So the question of 'How do I become a leader' is really a question of 'how can I lead a team'. All of this need to be done step by step process in order to gain the skill of leaderships.
The management techniques can be used impressively to improve your leadership as a result can develops internal self character which is responsibility, discipline and skills to solve the problems. This is because from here the students know why the leadership is important in a life.
Leadership skill is very important to every student at TATiUC.If in future after they graduate and work field, they know how to supervise the people either they will survive in their working environment or not , maybe they cannot survive and they working under pressure.
